My Current Meal Plan
Here is the "menu" I keep inside my pantry. Without this, I lost sight of what my options were for each meal. I got stuck in the same rut, eating the same thing over and over and over. On the left is the main part of the meal, and on the right is the extra stuff that I can eat to make a full meal at every sitting. Don't forget to use the MyPlate method.
